“The worst place I’ve seen ever!”
I need someone to call me about this. My number is (941)545-5497. The resort was nothing as advertised. It was completely run down and understaffed. We checked in to a dirty room. They cleaned only the bottom half of our bathroom mirror because they couldn’t teach the top. They used dirty water to mop floors. They put out ice water at 10am but when the ice melted they never replenished it. They ran out of pool towels and the pool was dirty. There was flies all over the buffet breakfast and they had a bird problem. They were like black crows and very noisy. We were charged $200 a night for this place that you make look nice on your site but it’s pretty horrible! We tried getting in touch with you to no avail. We wanted to switch hotels. Maybe, it’s on purpose there’s no way to speak to someone. Also, you advertised a free airport shuttle which they said you don’t do!!

“Passable but a bit disappointing for the price”

“All in all I believe Bocas del toro is Paradise.”
The breakfast was always very good. It was very easy and convenient to get from the hotel to any where in town and around the Island of Bocas del toro.

“Nice comfortable quiet resort for families”
Staff was very kind and helpful. Pool, although a little shallow, was large and a nice temperature. Breakfast was plentiful and somewhat varied each day. Manager Jennifer was very responsive and helpful.

“Disappointing”
We liked the quiet location out of Bocas town. The private beach was a good option for swimming and lovely view from our balcony. The front desk staff were helpful with taxi bookings.
