“Unique Place to stay!”

Loved our room with deck! Breakfast was awesome! Staff was very friendly and it was an a great Atmosphere..

Room was great, breakfast was great, view was great, calm area. Common shelve with products to use like mosquito repellent, sunscreens, really nice if you lack. Kitchen to use by customers. Really nice hotel with a great idea behind

“Home away from home”

When you feel home away from home, you know you made the right choice. Staying at BarrBra was honestly the best thing I could have done. This place is wonderful. It provides a calm, positive vibe where you can relax and get easily into vacation mode. The hosts, Jamie and Mike are pure joy and such lovely people. They have created something genuinely special here. Their calm, peaceful and authentic energy is what makes this BnB a truly unique place. The breakfast they serve every day is delicious and gives you already a great start into the day. They also provide free kayaks and SUPs as well as offer a community kitchen if you are up for cooking. I stayed 4 nights and easily could have stayed many more. BarrBra is an honest recommendation for those who want to stay in a relaxing, calm environment with a lot of great people (and cute dogs). Thank you for everything Jamie and Mike, especially for a new friendship!

The hosts Jamie and Mike are amazing. We are so sad to leave! What an amazing hotel. We could not have stayed anywhere better. If you are looking to book somewhere in Bocas del Toro this is your sign to book it! It is so clean, beautiful, welcoming and just absolutely fantastic. I came here with my mum and me and her made memories for a lifetime here! Thank you so much for having us.

“The place is beautiful, but there are some issues”

“Paradise on earth”

We don't know where to start. The whole place and experience was incredible. A nice quiet location but just a 15 minutes walk into town with plenty of restaurants and bars. Mike, Jamie and the team couldn't have done more to make you feel at home. A relaxed vibe right on the water with kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling equipment available for free. Beautiful breakfast in the most beautiful breakfast area with hummingbirds, marine life and Ziggy the dog for company.

We felt very comfortable at BarrBra, the entire team was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. We loved the breakfast (best pancakes!), and the view from the terrace was gorgeous. We can definitely recommend BarrBra to everyone. Thanks again to Jamie, Mike, Martin, and the whole crew - we will cherish the memories of our stay for a long time.

“Enjoying sunset on a paddleboard, what more could you ask for?”

I've never given a place the highest rating before, because I believe there's always room for improvement, but in this case, I wouldn't even know what to change. The owners are friendly, the staff are lovely, and the accommodation is simply ideal for a relaxing stay.

“Relaxing”

Sleeping over the water & falling asleep to the sound of the sea was so lovely. I liked the location - how there were no sounds of the street and it was nice and peaceful. It was great that I could go swimming straight from the platform, lots of interesting fish down there! Breakfast was nice, and I enjoyed using the guest kitchen.

The staff are AMAZING here, especially Rey. They all make you feel so welcome. They give so much love and attention to all their guests. Everything about this place was fantastic. So clean, helpful friendly staff and gorgeous animals. Such genuine kind people especially the owner Marcos ( unfortunately he has sold the business) I am sure everyone there will miss him greatly. He and all his wonderful staff and animals really make/made that place so special.

Everything was perfect 👌 Rooms are clean, warm water 🚿,beautiful place to stay, there is drinks - you don’t need to go to the town if you’re tired,breakfast is included and made with love , do tasty. Rey is amazing person, he wakes up so early to prepare everything for breakfast , personal is very friendly and really take care. It was the best place for me to stay, really enjoyed it.

We extended our stay the second we walked into the property - it was amazing. Lovely staff and amazing space to chill by the Caribbean sea. The pets in the property were so cute, we loved having them around. Its slightly more expensive than other places but the quality of the hostel (and breakfast) justifies this. Shoutout to the restaurant style breakfast, felt like a king waking up to that level of service first thing.
