The room was really nice, AC worked well, they helped us arrange activities very easily, food at the restaurant was good.

“all and all was good”

The staff at the reception were very helpful. when we first shown our room, it wasn't what we expected, the room was like a box, dark and dingy!!! at the basement! we showed the pictures of the rooms were sent to our confirmation. I wouldn't be able to sleep there, I do suffer with claustrophobia. I asked if they had another room?, They offered us a roof on the top floor with 2 single beds, but I accepted it, as it wasn't the dark and dingy room at the basement, the cleaners quarter! was happy that they were able to find us another room.

The rooms are decent, the food is also good and it is pretty well located in the centre of town.

Lovely hostel, the deck was super great to relax on and pods for the beds were very comfortable. The volunteers and staff were great and made me feel very welcome.

We have stayed at several other hotels within this chain in the past and have always had very positive experiences, consistently rating them 5/5 stars. The size of the second and third rooms was generally acceptable. The Oceanview King Suite was attractive in terms of category and view (independent of how it was communicated).

This place is just awesome! From the moment you step in, you will love it. Chilling on the deck listening to the waves is stunning. Staff was very welcoming. Lockers, sockets and a light are located next to your bed. Free drinking water and welcome drink. I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay again!

The food was quite good, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was convenient — central, yet away from the town’s noisier areas. The common spaces were very nice, with great vibes and a strong sense of community.

Great location just 5mins walking distance from the airport. Spotlessly clean and modern rooms. Lovely restaurant and pier where one can easily swim. Yoga, DJs and other activities.

i loved my stay there. the staff was SOOOO nice!!! i've never experienced a team being so helpful and generous. the rooms and the hostel in general were super clean. breakfast was really good. the welcome-drink-activity was also nice and silvia, the colombian volunteer was super cute too!

Everything was newly renovated, air conditioning in the rooms which was essential. Staff were friendly and very accomodating to all inquiries. The food was exceptional - honestly would stay here again every time I am in Bocas Town.

Great location, walking distance to everything but removed from the main boat areas. Good WiFi to work remote. Morning yoga was also good. Comfortable rooms and beds. Fun vibes downstairs although the deck could benefit from a few more sun beds/comfortable lounge seats.
