Clean, friendly owner, there was AC, good for the night after or before the flight, close to the beach

Magic Tropical is a great choice for people in transit (coming from and going to the airport) because is very close to the Las Americas Airport and it has permanent staff that can help you enter the hotel at any hour. Though the hotel is a bit old, our room was very big, with comfortable bed, very clean, the furniture was new and well maintained. The garden with the pool and the trees is a plus, you can relax in the afternoon when is too hot to go to the beach. The breakfast is tasty, you can choose between 3 or more options. But the best thing about this place is its owner. Camelia is a great host, she is always available for any questions that you have or she can help you with the airport transfer or any tours/excursions that you want. We did not need that because we had a car and we stayed just for one night but we saw her doing it for the other guests. She speaks Spanish, English and German Comparing with the other hotels (not resorts) we stayed in Dominican Republic I can clearly say that Magic Tropical is a very good value for the money.

We needed 1 night, to arrange something locally and we came across Hotel magic Tropical. We were pleasantly surprised. There is a beautiful simplicity here, everything you need and SUPER clean. Camelia is a great host and all the staff are lovely & hardworking! We will definitely be back.

Internet network needs improvement

There are too many stray dogs on the street and they can bark the hole night. Difficult to rest.

“Chill place to say in Boca chica”

Quiet place in Boca Chica and owner is devoted to keep it that way. Staff is very courteous and attentive. Breakfast is simple but does the job. The pool is great for swimming. 8feet deep on the deep side. It also felt safe, and has a colmado 1min walk away.

“good for a short stay”

this a fairly basic hotel that served us well for our one night stay. Two double beds early to bed and early rise for a pleasant walk to the beach and on our way late morning The lady owner from Rumania/Austria was a joy to talk to!
