“Overrated”
It's a well-maintained vintage house, clean, in a quiet rural neighbourhood, with green hills all around. Picturesque and located within a short drive from various peaks, local town and a lake.

Something is too loud (in the middle of night), maybe the extention pump / air conditioning. Otherwise everything's all right.
