The Breakfast was excellent, definitely one of the best in the city with a great variety of options. The hotel's Location was ideal and centrally located, making it convenient to get around Boa Vista. The staff was friendly,a nd the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.

Breakfast was good with lots of options and variety. Convenient parking, supermarket and bank nearby. Recreational Park and promenade close by. Comfortable bed, front desk staff very helpful.

Hotel is centrally located. It's literally within walking distance to some sights, there are several malls in close proximity. The beach is right over the road. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

“Will say for the most part, my stay was a great one at this hotel.”
Like the facilities and the room was very comfortable. I like the fact that the room was cleaned regularly. I loved the bfast on mornings. It was a great variety of foods and I looked forward to them while I was there. Am not one to relax by a pool but I did that and it was far more relaxing than I had expected. I also loved the fact that it was close to everything. It was also safe and comfortable.

The beds and pillows are always comfortable. A person that seem homeless actually came in the breakfast area and started to full her bag with the breakfast items. She took several filled plates and emptied in a large plastic bag. The staff in the restaurant was compassionate enough not to embarrass her or put her out. There is a pool, gym, breakfast and dinner, bar and cafe. You can stay there for the entire time and pamper yourself if you like. No need to go about in the city, however, the location is very good at the center near a park.

The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. I would stay again because of them alone but the facilities of the hotel are also wonderful.
