staff very helpful and pleasant always, breakfast nice, rooms clean and comfortable. In room coffee nice service. Parking lot easy to get in an out. Access off 278 was easy with traffic lights which makes crossing lanes safer.

“Even Google maps couldn't find your location”
Breakfast was less than desireable... Stale bagel, dry scrambled eggs, cereal was stale, hard boiled eggs were like rubber ... Very little coffee ☕ left..... Very tricky to find your location.... Spent at least 45 minutes looking for it!

We were put in a room where the toilet didn’t flush. The hot water didn’t get hot. We were switched to a second room, where the water still did not get hot. The beds were not comfortable.
