Phoenix password Western maintenance manager I could tell this place is not mean the standards of the company and the staff was incredibly bullying I've never in my life I'm going to stuck my room and charge me $25 with sheets that they took cash only even though they grab my car for instance and the night day before they refused to take a dollar for a bottle this place should never have a Western Union I spent the whole day itching and I'm pretty sure I had bed bugs from it too the manager and this night woman who assume they're together they need to get out of business it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I checked into hundreds of hotels and I was really shocked at the Lancaster is there. Every time I went by the desk for the pack of cigarettes they accuse me of smoking my room and anything the business knows if you see somebody smoking outside they're probably not smoking in the room but they seem determined and I got $25 deposit taken out for she said I bled on scratching in your bed bugs 2 days before just terrible terrible people

The hotel has bed bugs. The worst part is the customer service when I addressed the issue of bed bugs. The receptionist refused to acknowledge my complaint and said “no one else has had this issue” I tried sitting on the couch in the lobby to rest on a leather couch to avoid the bed bugs and management came from a hotel room in pjs demanding me to leave. Management looked at my ID and said “Your from around here you have a place to go” None of this made sense. I was traveling for work and do in home healthcare and wanted to be closer to my clients.

The staff was great. The owner, made sure everything was ok.
