The condo was beautiful. We had everything there that we needed, there was plenty of space, the beds were comfy, everything was super clean, and we were nice and close to the pool and to Blue Mountain village.

I had to call Vacasa to finalise my booking which was very inconvenient as I had to pay international call charges to finalise my booking. There should be no need to call if booking through booking.com

“Great place for weekend visit to Blue mountain”
The property was beautiful, it was well equipped with smart TV, fridge, oven etc. The shuttle which takes you to blue mountain was a great feature. The parking garage is a convenient option for snowy days. The garage makes it easy to load/unload stuff.

Very easy process to get access to the house. Having two passes for parking is also a bonus. We loved the fireplace, it kept the house nice and warm.

Our refrigerator was powered on but did not chill anything. I asked for it to be checked several times but nobody came. Our expensive food that we prepared from home for the stay got spoilt. That was a huge part of our trip since we do not eat fast food. I preferred not to submit any reviews and move on with my life but since I kept getting notifications to submit a review, there it is. Our food getting bad really destroyed our experience. Thank you.
