The staff especially Patrick were super helpful and friendly. The gents working at the security desks were also such a pleasure to encounter everyday. The suit we stayed in was just the most special place. The view and layout felt like it was built for exactly what we needed. Stunning.

The elevator was not working so we had to carry our own luggage to the 4th floor. The stairs /stairwell was dark, the steps were broken and we nearly fell once or twice. The geyser burst on the second day, so all our stuff was moved to another apartment without our knowledge. The new apartment did not have a key card for us so the security had to let us in and out, overall the accommodation was a shambles.

Lovely view of table mountain, the sea as well as Robin Island. Experienced an excellent sunset every evening of our stay. Room was cleaned to a very high standard. Staff very friendly and helpful always greeting with a smile.
