The staff was amazing from the time I booked I was kept in the loop regarding the special request made, I was allowed to come in early to do drop offs. My room was upgraded to one with a balcony at no extra cost and this too was communicated with me before I got there. Their decoration team did a great job. The front staff was so helpful and always eager to assist. I brought a cake which they allowed me to keep in their fridge and took care of it.

We love the views from this hotel. It is also centrally situated so you can easily move around different shopping malls or attractions. We were also greeted by very friendly staff. And the breakfast buffet is great!
