Great welcome, friendly, super clean and comfortable, and was as advertised, with beautiful views, added bonus was the neat little coffee shop right next to it, great coffees and ice creams too.

Light in bathroom would not go out even after having assistance to rectify.it still stayed on dimly lit. I wouldn't call it a luxury guest house. It's a few steps down from luxury.

Stephan the manager is the best thing about this property. His politeness and kindness goes above and beyond what is required of him. This man genuinely care about his guests and their experience. I was robbed of my luggage in CPT and his care and kindness was much appreciated in a time when I should have been crying. He made every effort to ensure I was ok and constantly checked up on me throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, if you want to have a genuine CPT beach experience outside of the noise of popular areas like Camps Bay or Sea Point. This place is right on the beach. You look at it during breakfast or from your bed. You can walk down to the beach.

I had a truly wonderful stay, made even more pleasant by Stephan’s kindness in allowing an early morning check-in, which I genuinely appreciated; the property offers spectacular views and is ideally located, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops, with the added convenience of a coffee shop downstairs serving excellent coffee. The breakfast was delightful , while the rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully maintained, and the hospitality of the entire team is exceptional, making this a place I would gladly return to and highly recommend.

We stayed at this lovely guest house and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property offers a stunning view — especially during sunrise and sunset — with the sea right in front creating the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every morning we enjoyed a fresh, delicious breakfast made with care, served in a peaceful setting overlooking the sea. The entire team working here deserves special mention — everyone was exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their genuine hospitality and positive energy made our stay truly memorable.
