fire alarm blinking whole night + i get room near exhaust from garage so there was noise the whole night. I had to wear noise canceling headphones.

“Totally inadequate for any Hotel and for a Hyatt, disgraceful.”
The breakfast was only served until 9 a.m. but by 8:30, it had already been taken away except for a few pieces of very dry white bread, and there was no Coffee. When l asked for Coffee, l was told they had run out!

We booked this particular hotel since it had a pool for my son. When we arrived, they told us very rudely the pool was not open. No apology. Nothing. When I commented that the pool was the reason we booked that hotel....they just made a face at me. Again, no apology. Very rude front staff. Young college girls. The next morning...the staff was older and much more professional and friendly.
