“Our stay was good and we'd stay at the Hilton Garden again but in a room in the back of the hotel!”

Staff was very unfriendly, WiFi didn’t work during the entire stay + room faced the parking garage, which was very noisy during the night

called up Hilton Bloomington and informed i booked the wrong hotel. They have informed me that they have cancelled the booking and wont charge me anything but charge was still done on my card.
