“Very bad, if you pay but may not need to stay, they will not support a refund, which is a very unfair thing to me!”
Guests who do not need to stay for special reasons should support a refund!

“horrible night stay. we were their for college tour”
This is a horrible place, I should be getting refund. The bugs fell on my son's bed in the middle of the night, we called the front desk and were not sure for any other room. We were also so tired that didnt have courage to change rooms and their was lot of noise in corridor throughout night. I and my son were alone so didnt feel comfortable going out and change the room where you can hear lot of people in corridor mostly drunk. I had asked hotel to give me refund for this horrible experience but told have to go through the booking site.

“Mostly a good stay.”
Breakfast was disappointing. Waffle maker was broke. Other things were pick over at 8;30 am so we didn’t stay. This was our only complaint.

“Disappointing”
No eggs 2nd day. No milk for oatmeal first day. . Dog barked all day Saturday!! No decaf. They made it got it later. Seemed very short staffed. The room was clean the staff fine.
