The Location in Bloomington itself was excellent just getting to Bloomington from Indiana Airport was costly. Hotel staff were excellent and rooms were tidy

“Eclipse stay”

Favorite things were staff & service during the Eclipse. The on site cafe was delicious & the location was perfect. Our room was mostly clean & the bed & pullout couch were comfortable.

The coffee at their coffee bar is excellent. Students are studying when you walk in so it's very quiet. This hotel was by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many hotels. I felt safe and at home. The beds are cozy and gives you a grandmas house feel. I loved it. Check in was the fantastic.

The place was clean a decorated nicely. Great touches that are so Bloomington and IU. The red chairs were a nice touch. Staff was friendly and professional. Great location.

“Perfect to visit IU and lovely Bloomington, IN. I highly recommend this hotel!”

I was staying a week to attend a conference at the IU. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the campus and right in the middle of the inner city. Room was clean and I found everything I need. The bathroom was new and very nice. The room was a bit noisy due to the A/C outside in the courtyard. Staff was very friendly and to sum it up - it was a nice stay and I highy recoomed this place.

We found serious chips and crackers crumbs under the chair cushions and dirt, dust, and crumbs under the bedside table (we dropped something so, unfortunately, had to look and were disappointed to find the room not clean).

“Another Great Stay - Suite Splurge worth it!”

Great location walk to campus and by town restaurants and shops. Like the roof decks for some additional areas. Friendly staff - nice lobby and nice to have coffee shop right in lobby. Parking is also very convenient We booked a suite (couch and TV with two double beds in the second room) this time as it was Easter and wanted a space for guests to visit or watch the masters. This was cheaper than getting a condo and unlike the condo could be refunded. Loved having the extra space

“Great hotel !”

We loved the rooms and all the fun things about the hotel. From the bleachers to the old pictures. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable!

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful,. The hotel had a good vibe and I loved the decor that continued through to the rooms.

When we got to the Graduate Hotel, they said they had no record of our reservation. We were SHOCKED!!!! We are writing a harshly critical review on the Indiana Hoosier Parents Facebook page about our TERRIBLE predicament. We'lll be calling you for our re-imbursement. Shame on both companies. You NEED to do better.
