I picked the location to be within an hour of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The bar on the side of the hotel was very nice too.

Location was close to family and event we were in town for. Price reasonable.

The room was so nice and clean. Bed slept very well. Plenty of space. Linens were all newer and very clean. There's a hiking trail right out the back of the property that takes you down to Cascade Park. Very nice area. Paved trails. Playground equipment. Plus a short hike on a boardwalk to the waterfall, is so worth it.

conveniently located in the way between Bloomington and Indianapolis, easy to reach and with large parking space. the apartment is clean and comfortable with organic soap and products. the Sleeper’s bar is a plus! the personnel is kind and Bloomington and Indiana university campus at less than 5 mins by car!

I knew the Cascades Inn about a decade ago, when I came for a conference. I was a bit worried about the term "motel" as it has negative connotations in other contexts, particularly Mexico. In short, The Cascades Inn is a family-friendly, renovated motel that is now a full-fledged hotel. A short 9 minute Lyft ride from the Sample Gates of Indiana University, it is far enough North to let you be away from the busy areas in the university area, but close enough that you can reach the campus by foot if need be (or if you want). Impeccably clean, superb bed, the wifi improved substantially after the first night. They clean the rooms every third day, which was fine for me. Shower temperature and pressure were fantastic. Comes with a small fridge, a microwave. I have stayed at The Cascades Inn several times and will continue to do so in the future.

Place doesn't look like much from the outside. But the room was very nice, and clean. Very peaceful and quiet. Good Bed, I slept like a baby. I Iiked the breakfast, coffee, bagels, English muffins, different spreads, fruit, juice, milk and cereal. Lots of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. The staff was wonderful. I will come back.

Nice chill place and Sleeper’s Bar is nice place to have a few drinks and something to eat.
