“Exceptional stay at Lielkalnu Muiza, Blimey, Latvia”
This was an exceptional stay. Only one night but great. The accommodation, facilities and friendly greeting and staff were all amazing The fully equipped high standard kitchen is ideal for your self catering where you can sit outside and eat or use the very nicely furnished dining areas. There appeared to be 3 families here all enjoying the fantastic facilities. Small lakes, paddle boats, walking, BBQ, wonderful seating areas and glorious stillness. A little bit of paradise. Well done to the owners of this outstanding retreat. I would come here again, but next time for a week!

We have enjoyed the area, inferiors, sauna, and kindness of a hostess! Nice cosy rooms, with attention to the small details! It's a beautiful place with a friendly atmosphere and helpful hostess. We would love to visit this place once again.

“Cosy and comfortable stay”
Very welcoming staff. The room and property was even nicer and more spacious than the property images looked. Property was very clean. Bed was very big and comfortable. Common kitchen was very cosy and well equipped. The outdoor area was beautiful and calm.

“Make sure to buy some food before your visit”
Perfect for city escape. The place is very clean, well decorated. I loved the attention to details. I specifically enjoyed newspapers with an article about the house owners left in the kitchen, and a notice about cameras and GDPR! It's a perfect place for 1-night stay for couples and it's a great place to go to with a large group of people or to organise a corporate parties / weddings. However there are some caveats I'd like to mention and I believe would help others to enjoy their stay at fullest...
