Beautiful chalets, boma and infinity pool overlooking the lake with its animals. Really loved our stop here!

“Nothing to say as I didn’t sleep there”
We arrive there and the host didn’t bother to answer her phone, we driven untill we got to the hosts personal home and she told us that she wasn’t aware of the booking of which is insane, she further told us to drive back to the game farm, we must open the gate ourselves of which didn’t make sense as her premises has a lot of animals. What puzzled me off more than anything else is that she said they don’t have electricity and the gyser is off. My partner wasn’t comfortable with the whole situation and we decided to go sleep elsewhere. I’d appreciate a refund because we never used the premises and the host just didn’t care about us. A refund would be appreciated, the host was called more than 5 times by and she wasn’t answering her phone before we got to the premises. I’d appreciate if bookings.com contacts me back . Nice and tranquil on this game farm. When we arrived we were surrounded by a lot of zebras and wildebeest. The place was clean, the pool was refreshing, the inside of our room was neat, and all the equipment we required. Sanele was communicating with us constantly to find out if we were satisfied with our room. Highly recommended accommodation around Bloemfontein.

“Excellent as above”
The chalets were well equipped, very homely and well located. Surroundings were very beautiful too. We were a group on business and the boma was an excellent way for team building around the fire! The hostess went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed. The food we pre ordered was excellent too. A great nights stay!
