Overview
Set on the slope of Naval Hill, Franklin View Guesthouse offers panoramic views over Waverley suburb. Overlooking the landscape are a splash pool, lounge area with fireplace, and breakfast room with wooden ceiling and chandeliers. Each modern, air-conditioned room features a 32” flat-screen satellite TV, fridge and private bathroom with free toiletries. Some have exposed brick walls and a free-standing bath, and most have a balcony with Waverley views. Breakfast is served daily. Within a 15-minute drive there are several central Bloemfontein restaurants. Set over 3 levels, Franklin View provides free Wi-Fi throughout. Less than 5 km away are the Free State Stadium and Loch Logan Waterfront Centre, the largest shopping centre in central Africa. Bloemfontein Train Station is a 10-minute drive from Guesthouse Franklin View and Bloemfontein International Airport is 15 minutes by car. There is free parking on site.

Probably the guesthouse with the best view in Bloemfontein. We had a very warm welcome on a cold and rainy day. Very friendly people. this is really a beautiful guesthouse. The breakfast were tastefully presented and delicious. We loved the place and will definitely stay there again.

The owners welcomed me on arrival and took me on a tour around their property, the staff is friendly and soft spoken. They always ensured that everything is okay. The place is very neat and quiet.

The view from the top of Naval Hill was spectacular. I will commend the breakfast given to us, despite the difficulties they had the power outage. I would stay there again.
