“Overall experience was horrible.”
No security No person at reception reception or host on arrival, waited 25min for someone to check us in Waited 30min for 2 keycards and a Gate remote When returning from evening out we were locked out as the main gate to the rooms was locked and we did not get a key. They did not answer phones and we had to drive to other ashwood property to get them to call someone to open the door. Only to be told she was not aware of us as guests that also checked in as day shift did not tell her, all this took a hour. They lock the door but there is nobody to open it when needed, i.e. you cannot use this door. Inside the room the following was broken: bathroom towel railing, glass shelf and toilet paper hook, blinds in room.

“Nothing good”
I have paid and make reservation for the 08 of October 2022 checking out on the 09 October 2022, and when I arrived in Bloemfontein on the 08th I called to confirm booking and I was inform that booking does not appear and I have paid R1620 I need my money back please before I report you to the relevant authorities.
