Luxury Accommodation THE PLACE TO STAY FOR YOUR MARLBOROUGH GETAWAY! We invite you to stay in either one of our four luxury studios or our three-bedroom homestay apartment. All on the ground level, with parking directly outside your room for your convenience and security. The studios offer either king or super king beds, all rooms can (on prior request) include an additional single bed), your comfort is assure year round with reverse cycle air conditioning, along with the option of natural ventilation also. Internet is unlimited and can be used across multiple devices, ideal for the corporate traveller also for sharing your fabulous holiday pics. Smart TVs provide you the choice of streaming your favourites, in addition 50 plus channels will provide you with an abundance of viewing options. The apartment and the executive studio have private north-facing patios. The deluxe spa studio, deluxe studios A and B have access to a further private outdoor space. Leaving the car-park for cars - please note all our accommodation is on the ground level and one car park per unit is offered with direct access to your unit or apartment. “Fantastic stay”
Although we only stayed for one night we highly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was very easy, the studio perfectly clean, everything looked brand new and had lots of additional items. The cookies were delicious! We booked studio no. 5 which goes to the backyard and was totally quiet at night even with open window. Downtown with lots of cafes and restaurants is only a short and easy walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking outside door. very clean good size room With small private terrace. Crockery provided with microwave and usual kitchenette well stocked. Shower had excellent pressure and excellent hosts - highly recommend

“Satisfactory for a short stay”
My husband and I stayed at the property for two nights as part of our honeymoon travelling around New Zealand. The property was spotlessly clean & ideally located for a short stay in Blenheim to join a wine tour. Carparking was available.

Three Bedroom Family Apartment
This apartment features a private balcony with BBQ facilities. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a separate living area with over 50 satellite channels. Please note that if 2 guests use 2 separate beds, there will be an additional NZD 20 charge per night.
Deluxe Studio 1
This spacious unit offers a king bed for your relaxation. The ensuite bathroom comes with a wet floor shower, dual shower heads, vanity, heated towel rails, hairdryer, and luxury towels. The Kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities and the necessary cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. (please note no oven or cooktop). A two-seater table suitable for working from or dining at. There is a designated sitting area where you can relax in the luxury armchairs as you select from the options on the new smart TVs which include 50+ Sky channels or curl up on the comfortable armchairs and enjoy a good book. For your comfort there is an air conditioning unit, along with parking directly in front of your unit. A shared private patio is available to guests in the Deluxe Studios. Offering you the choice of contactless check in, allowing you flexibility if you have a late arrival time.
Studio with Terrace
The fully equipped kitchenette has a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave and a toaster. This air-conditioned studio is comprised of a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a private bathroom as well as a terrace with garden views. The unit has 1 bed.
