“very nice hotel, friendly staff, good food, big rooms for a good quality / price ratio”
- the location is very nice, close to the highway, but if u walk a few minutes, u‘re in an green environment - rooms are big, nice and clean - staff was very friendly - breakfast was very good - enough parking space in front of the hotel for free - food was very good (in the own restaurant of the hotel) - cool architecture from an old and a new modern building (looks great)

“Excellent Hotel”
Beautiful location, building and rooms. Very friendly people! Spacious and free parking! In front of the door. Excellent restaurant and garden for drinks, dinner and breakfast. Very close to the major routes to and from Austria, great place for a stop over.

Quirky hotel being made of wood and added on to an old brewery building. Very clean and comfortable - quiet location and a good night sleep. Relaxed restaurant with good choices.

“An interesting discovery near Ulm.”
Check-in was simple, the staff was all very friendly. Of course the building itself is very impressive! Also the on-site restaurant and brewery are an added benefit.

“Beautiful brewery / hotel just outside of Ulm”
Very nice brewery, good for dinner as well. Everything seems very new and well done. Rooms are nice with wood everywhere. A bit outside of Ulm, but good for a night before you hit the city. For it was on the way home just in the middle. Kids loved it, so we will likely come again soon. Breakfast was good, a second coffee machine would be good as there was usually a line.

Very friendly staff - they helped us with recommendations on what to see in the city and where to have a delicious dinner. Comfortable and clean rooms. We had a very tasty dinner at the hotel restaurant. Pets are allowed.
