Owner greeted me upon arrival and was very nice. Gave me a tour of the apartment and an overview of the appliances, climate controls etc. The rental property is in a private house with a separate entrance in a rural community with parking right out front. Kitchen was well equipped. Very clean, well presented, and well maintained.
