The breakfasts were delicious - a great variety of tasty hot and cold food, with a good choice of beverages. The bed was very comfortable, the room was lovely and quiet and the views were superb. Fabulous!

“Heaven on Earth”

The location of this place has pampered my heart sole and body. The season of blooming acacia tree, the sweet aroma of this flowers they will take you to heaven and back . The bed -oh sweet haven I LOVE to sleep on the clouds , that sensation you have when you lay in bead. Breakfast superb deliciose food in a cozy country house feel Host: Husband and wife two lovely people's , make you feel like "home" This tuck away diamond it is a a pies of "haven on earth" You mast visit this place if you are on the the vicinity It is a "love nest " for young generation, It is a peaceful, and relaxing place for the second youth guys like me

“Wonderful relaxing stay at Casa Tirol - It felt like home, only better! :)”

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Tirol very much. Everything exceeded my expectations. The location of the property is in a very nice area on the outskirts of the town Blaj. The owners worked very hard and invested a lot of time, resources and passion and this is visible at every step. The room was nice and warm, the bed was very big, everything extremely clean, the furnitue custom made. I would describe the style as a mixture between rustic, chabby chic and elegant. We requested a vegetarian breakfast and it exceeded our expectations, nice diversity, very good food. The owner even gave us a full tour of the location. There are multiple buildings suited for special events. Everything is created with so much passion, it's a lovely place for a weekend or a week long stay. You can visit nearby town Blaj and the city of Medias and the fortified churches of Transilvania which are very close. You can also visit the vineyard at Jidvei nearby. In Blaj we ate at the Montana Popa restaurant in the center, the food was good each time, options even for vegetarians.

“Great location”

We liked the location (on a hill near Blaj, close to a forest) and the attention to details: everything was made with care and high quality materials - and this really matters when you want to have something that lasts and is still enjoyable even in a few years. The price/quality ratio was really good, but I guess Blaj is not such a turistic attraction, and maybe that is the explanation. We loved the room, the bed was really comfy, and also the terace at the 1st floor. They even had some lavender in the yard. The breakfast was good and diverse. We recommand this place and would definitelly stay here again!
