“pretty, quiet and restful”

We came in close to midnight tired, wet, muddy and cold. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. one lady even went over to help kiddo with the vending machines while I was finishing off the check in process. So friendly, caring and helpful. The view out our window of the river in the morning was so nice to see. Scenic and so calming.

The location was super handy, close to shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful, the staff was so welcoming and the gave a home-town vibe.

Recently renovated rooms are very modern and comfortable.

“Crowness pass”

Crowness pass is a beautiful location with stunning views. As long as you like your winter sports or just hiking in the summer

Room and staff were fine. Hotel had unfortunate noisy air conditioning on roof that made the night uncomfortable in any room. Breakfast was a nice perk but unremarkable. Would not stay here again.

The room was spacious and had self catering facilities. the room was very comfortable. The included breakfast was an unexpected bonus especially the maple syrup pancakes. The location was convenient for tourist sites of interest. Most enjoyable stop off during our holiday.

Staff were very friendly.The room was spacious and clean. We had the king suite and the tub was great and the shower was big. Had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We ate at the pizza place that is in the hotel and it was delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

Location was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Rooms, lobby were exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable, and room very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful

We planned a 3 week's tour to Rockies this August. Unfortunately Japer caught fire just before we reached. We were to stay for 6 nights at Jasper which we had to replace. We replaced 3 nights' stay by booking at Kanata. It was a last minute decision. As I did not search more I was a bit skeptical about the property but on reaching we were so very pleased with the amenities, staff, surroundings...everything. Special thanks to Anmol, a guy at restaurant who not only gave us good information but also served us with very tasty Samosas...!!
