“I’d say this was a 1 or 2 star hotel.”
The room was clean and quiet enough on the third floor. I didn’t mind no elevator. BUT they double charged me and I’ve gotten no response from them on the subject.

“Please refund my money for not just the one night that I booked, but also for the night not booked!”
We did not stay!! The couch was broken in the middle and the grandkids would not be able to sleep on it. Everything in the place was very old. I requested a refund as we needed beds for 6 and since the couch could not be used, that sealed the deal and we left for another hotel. We went to the Econo Lodge back at Pinchers Creek and it was the best Econo we have ever stayed at. I have since gotten my credit card statement and they not only did not refund my money, but charged me an extra night. Stay far away!!! Stop in Pinchers Creek and stay at the Econo Lodge. You will be fully satisfied.

The beds had hair on the pillows/sheets, toilets not cleaned and not flushed. Hair in sink. Shower did not work in one of our rooms.

“Paid for two rooms and no one to check me in so had to drive home 2.5 hours in the night”
Absolutely nothing He ave you ever paid for a room and arrived at 8:30pm and no one is at the desk and eventually have to leave at 11pm and no place to stay. Disgraceful and disgusting
