Wonderful house for multigenerational stay. Had everything we needed. Well supplied kitchen, ticked all the grandkids boxes; stairs, bunk beds and heated pool 😄 Beds were comfortable with linen and towels supplied. As there were 6 adults and 4 children staying it was great to have two living areas. The grankids enjoyed their first experience of playing a Nintendo game on the unit that was there. We really appreciated the board games as well.

“This a gorgeous property and very spacious”
The heated swimming pool was great (which has lights for the evening) and the property is in a good location with a short walk to the beach and a short 6 min drive to Woolworths, restaurant and eateries of Rye. The beds were all comfy and a good selection of games, including a mini games console which kept the teenagers busy. The layout suited us well, with an upstairs/downstairs lounge and bedroom arrangement, it meant the teenagers and the adults could enjoy there own separate space. We had everything to make our stay comfortable, including kitchen utensils, towels, linen and modern kitchen appliances. Excellent eating area's both indoors and outdoors overlooking the pool, so all 9 of us could sit comfortably to eat together. The host Amber and Ella communicated effectively from the time of booking, always responded promptly to all my questions, with easy check in instructions and a big thank you for the early check in.
