“Not the best”
The room was small, the upgraded rooms floors was wet due to poor caulking done in showers, temperature in the next room didnt work. Manager didnt want to accept the fact that we were disappointed

“Never again”
The pillows on the beds were so soft as it was as if they were non existent. We could not adjust the AC in the room. There is a thermostat but it seems it is controlled by a central control. We could not adjust anything on it. It would not respond to anything we tried to change. The price is the biggest factor. We have stayed in cheaper places that were much nicer for a lot cheaper. I feel as always Hotels took advantage of people when there is a natural disaster. We came to the Hotel as we flooded that Friday because of the storm. So once again prices were jacked up. Very shameful of Hotels to do that when people are in need.
