Overview
A few-minute walk from the centre of Blagoevgrad, Hotel Kardinal features an à-la-carte restaurant with a summer terrace, offers air-conditioned rooms with cable TV, and provides Wi-Fi in the entire building for free. Specious room with terrace, close to centrum, staff is regularly responding. Staff activated air-condition before my coming to accommodate room and that is really nice. I have requested double bed and I get it.

Hotel with great location. The hotel has its own restaurant/cafe. The personnel were really friendly and supportive, we’ve arrived almost at midnight and they helped us with parking nearby as well.

The staff was great and very friendly, very helpful, we requested an extra and they arranged it for us without charging us extra. The room was very clean, the hotel was very clean, well furnished and the beds were very comfortable.
