Very nice hotel in a good location, clean and comfortable rooms, equipped with personal hygiene items, with 24-hour reception, which was very important for us as we arrived late at night. The beds were also very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. We will choose it again.

The room was advertised as non-smoking; however, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and pervasive. By the time I returned home, my clothes and pillow reeked of smoke, despite never having been near a lit cigarette. I reported this issue to the receptionist, who informed me that it was a problem they were unable to address because some guests do not adhere to the non-smoking policy.

The equipment in the room and bathroom are above the standard. Very good breakfast. Overall, when visiting the area (Rila monastery and/or Rila lakes, etc.) this hotel should be considered for 2-3 nights stay.

“Good value for money”
