“This small cottage is a lovely place to stay when visiting the Blue Mountains.”

Location was just outside Blackheath. East driving distance to many trail heads and shops. Laundry was well equipped even with with washing powder. Many games and books provided.

We were very impressed with the level of comfort, and the services provided within the cottage. It would be hard to find any serious complaints.

The hedge at the car entrance needs to be trimmed approximately 150ml each side for ample clearance for vehicles. The back sliding door to the rear deck was not locked.

Perfect family get away with everything you needed. Lovely quiet location and we enjoyed the outdoor space with bbq. Coffee pods, tea/coffee and starter milk were nice touches as well as toiletries. Would recommend.

“Awesome comfortable house in a close to town and trails location”

The house had central heating. This made our stay warm and comfortable. The proportions of the house were good with plenty of rooms.. sleeping for two couples and three kids. Two bathrooms and the ensuite bathroom had a spa bath. The deck on the back gave a great view but unfortunately the weather was very wet and cold so unable to really take advantage of the deck

Great location - not far from the town and close to the national park which was great for long walks. We all enjoyed sitting around the roaring fire and the spa bath.

“Fabulous Comfy Home”

Great house - has everything you would need for a comfy home stay. Great location, beds are super super comfy, house was clean, comfy lounge area, nice deck area, has lots of those little things that you go looking for when you want it ie: a proper sized hairdryer, a teapot. It was chilly and crispy at night - ducted heating worked a treat. Also enjoyed having Netflix and other apps on telly. Easy house to feel comfy in - would recommend this property.

“Oldies Weekend Catchup”

We liked the layout. It suited our group of 4 and was well equipped. Homely and comfortable, a pretty home and a nice size too. The spa bath was lovely and relaxing. I think in Winter it would be great with the fire. Being warm weather 30⁰+ we used the BBQ and deck which were nice. We arrived 15 mins before check in and the cleaners were just leaving and said it was ready for us. Key by the door was a good idea (except I couldn't open the key box - lucky hubby finally sorted it out). Overall, we enjoyed the property for the purpose of our visit, a friends catch up weekend for us "oldies".

“A lovely, well appointed cottage that is perfect for families”

Such a lovely and comfortable cottage! The location is fantastic - in a lovely quiet neighborhood that’s just a few minutes drive from Blackheath shops and plenty of parks, walking tracks etc. The cottage is very well appointed with loads of dvds, books, puzzles and games. We travelled with our 10 year old, 4 year old and 9 month old kids and there were plenty of activities for them to play with, they absolutely loved it! The cottage was very clean and modern with great facilities, comfy beds and lovely central heating. There’s a smart tv with multiple subscription channels (Disney+, Prime, Netflix etc), a Nespresso machine, a high chair and even a stepping stool for young kiddos to reach the toilet or sink etc. Very thoughtful indeed. Eco friendly / non-toxic hand wash, shampoo / conditioner and body wash were also provided in the bathrooms as well as earth friendly cleaning products. We had such a lovely time and would definitely book a return visit for our next stay in the mountains. The communication from the hosts was fantastic and very helpful too.

The house was clean and tidy and well stocked with necessities, the heater was adequate to warm the house, the area was quiet with easy parking for our two vehicles.
