The cabin has a clean, cosy and airy feel. It's very quiet, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The seating under the trees outside creates a seamless opportunity to engage with the calm of nature. Cedar (the host) had set the fire for us so all we had to do on arrival was light it. The cabin is a short walk from the lovely cafes and shops of Blackheath (be ready for a few hills).

Lovely comfortable cabin in very peaceful location but close to town. Well equipped with everything we needed and felt very welcoming on arrival. Host was very helpful and available if needed.

Relaxing in front of the wood stove fireplace and a comfortable bed to retreat to, was an essential part of our stay. Although we didn’t utilise it our entire trip, due to the close proximity to tasty restaurants and cafes, the full kitchen was awesome. Plenty of things to do in the area, even though the cabin had a private feel to it.

Brilliant set up. We brought all our own breakfast goods and were able to make everything, including fresh espresso.

Wonderful property managed by great hosts! Tastefully decorated with everything you could need for your stay. Felt so cosy!! The fire was a like a little hug at the end of a long day exploring the blue mountains. Great nights sleep, very peaceful area. Location was fab! Can’t recommend Blackheath enough- such a lovely place. Close to many walking tracks and view points.

Beautiful home in a great location. Loved our stay at Fort Rock Cabin. Accommodation was clean and had a beautiful feel to it. Was close to gorgeous bushwalks and the town centre of Blackheath.

The property is beautiful from corner to corner, appointed with high quality appliances and is welcoming and cosy from opening the door to heartbreakingly locking it to leave.

This stunning cabin is nestled in the heart of some of the most beautiful bush land in Australia. The cabin is beautifully appointed, luxurious touches, great coffee machine and strong internet coverage - making it an ideal spot for a digital nomad stay! The garden offers dappled sunlight, the property has floor to ceiling windows - bringing the mountains tranquility in. There is a fire for the cool autumn and winter nights and reverse aircon for the barmy summer days (although the clever alignment to the sun means that the property doesn't get too hot) You’re 2 minutes walk to amazing escarpment walks and an easy 11 minute walk into the great restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios and antique shops that Blackheath has to offer.
