Spacious. Lots of amenities and generous host with provision of coffee pods / laundry detergent etc. Michelle (property manager) was exceedingly helpful both prior to and after we left. We left behind some clothing and she helpfully sent them in the post which was appreciated

The seclusion element

Easy 15 mins walk from the station, quiet, clean. Lovely house in the middle of blackheath.

The overall accomodation which is really a very pleasant house. The kitchen is fully equipled, although this is not mentioned in the ‘facility list’.

I stayed in the cottage (not the house) and it was very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed including an oven, hot plates and a microwave. The washing machine/dryer was very handy. Great bed, bathroom and shower. Felt very much at home!

“Charming single bedroom "Chauffeur's Quarters".”

This is about the single bedroom "chauffeurs block", not the main house. The place was equipped thoughtfully and attractively. It was very clean and well presented throughout. As someone who likes to cook I appreciated the good kitchen and the provision of basic supplies like cooking oil and salt and pepper. Location was gorgeous, in a quiet, secluded pretty garden, but close to town. Blackheath is a charming town with plenty of facilities, and walks such as Govetts Leap very close by

The cottage was hidden away in a large private garden. We had plenty of room for our week stay. Carcoola was very well equipped so we were able to do our own cooking and laundry. It was a short walk to the centre of Blackheath for coffee and shops

The place was beautiful, amazing garden, quiet and a great get away. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything anyone could ever need. Elly was amazing and responded to messages quickly.

The accommodation was great. Plenty of room, comfortable bed and everything you could want in the kitchen. Beautifully furnished.

The heritage design, furniture, the space available, the garden, the facilities and supplies available, relaxing, very quiet, close to town but, it felt like you were in the country.

Well appointed spacious cabin with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Kitchen was well equipped & quality bed linen. Set in beautiful gardens & easy walking to shops, train & restaurants. Great location for hikes.

Carcoola is an escape. It's a place that brings the old with the new in perfect harmony. The house has nostalgia and beauty. Gardens with scented flowers, bedrooms all comfy and warm with electric blankets, a fireplace to gather around and a wrap-around veranda to soak up the sun while sipping on coffee. We loved our stay and the house offers everything you need.

Luxury and comfort, we enjoyed our time at this beautiful place.

This self contained large one bedroom property was gorgeous! Plenty of space, incredibly clean and all the extras to make sure we were kept warm. The amenities were modern and everything in great condition.
