“Family getaway”
There is plenty of living space. Comfortable beds. Well set up kitchen. Very clean throughout. Large bath towels. A range of local wildlife visitors. Beautiful mid-century timber furniture.

“A weekend away from home”
It had everything for a weekend away from home. In the morning we had local birds and kangaroos come to the verandah. The dog was happy running through the large backyard. The kids loved the space and helped picking up kindling for the chimney. I really loved the electric blankets, nice touch. It had all the commodities in the kitchen including salt, oil and some more, although we had brought everything. 10 out of 10

“Carawatha is an excellent choice to be on the bush but walking distance to town and very cosy!”

The location is very peaceful and the dogs had a whale of a time. The kitchen was very clean and beautifully equipped The position was a very pleasant surprise as far as the beautiful surroundings.

“We enjoyed the country feel, wildlife, & we were able to relax”
There wasn’t kindling, fire starters or wood prepared for us. We had to scrounge around before we could lite the fire. Wonderful to have a wood fire😁

“Great stay. House was a well supplied. Good heating system.”
We had kookaburra and kangaroos visiting the house regularly. Location is excellent as it was close to major hike locations such as Grand Canyon.

“Cosy stay for the family with plenty of room and great facilities”
Lovely family home in the countryside. Very warm and cosy throughout. Amazing to have kangaroos and kookaburras everyday!
