Overview
Located in Bivio, Hotel Post is situated on the Julier Pass Road in the Ela Nature Reserve and is certified mountain bike hotel. In a historic building dating from 1878, it offers free WiFi and a spa area with a sauna and steam bath. Guests of the Hotel Post can enjoy the Swiss cuisine in the hotel’s restaurant as well as choose from an exclusive range of wines from the well-stocked cellar. The slopes of the Bivio Ski Area lead right into the village. A 12 km cross-country ski run starts right behind Hotel Post. A public indoor pool and a natural ice rink can be reached within a 3-minute walk. Several hiking and mountain biking trails can be found in the immediate vicinity. In winter, guided ski tours and snowshoeing can be provided, while in summer, guided hiking, gymnastics and relaxation walks are organized.

A beautiful hotel in what must be one of the nicest small Swiss villages. Clean, super friendly staff. The food was 5 star, this must be a 5 star hotel in disguise.

“A Gem Of A Hotel”
Very clean and modern rooms. Genuinely amazing hospitality. It could show hotels 5 times the price how to serve the public. Great value not just for Switzerland but better value than comparable hotels in France, Italy, Germany etc

“Great place to stay”
I arrived by motorcycle and immediately the host came out and insisted on carrying one of my bags, She was always on hand to answer any questions or be of guidance, You could see she takes great pride in her hotel. Check in was quick, I booked a single room but got a huge room with large bed,table and chairs,great shower,easy wi-fi connection and friendly staff,There was also secure parking for my motorcycle in the garage opposite which gets locked.

“Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff”
The staff were excellent. So friendly and did all they could to make my stay the best it could be. The location was great. Right on the cusp of some fantastic Alpine passes providing excellent walks, cycle routes and driving routes. Parking available for bicycles and motorcycles in a locked garage overnight. There's a small supermarket nearby too for amenities.

The owner ( I forgot her first name unfortunately ) is very helpful and friendly, treats every customer as a close friend and is multilingual..... Fantastic breakfast, service impeccable.....I also liked the restaurant next door..... Snowstorm ( 70 cms in 20 hours ... ) great for skiers
