The day before arrival they said that there was a technical problem in the appartment, we got offered much worse appartment, we didn’t accept. I read the comments and the “technical problem” is already since some time ago and they let us know just one day before. Looks like they are having this better appartment just to get reservations, but they are accommodating the people in another places that have nothing to do with the appartment that you reserved. I also said to the owner to say to booking.com that they actually can’t rent the appartment, they didn’t do it. We needed to reserve something last minute, stressful since we were travelling with a baby.

We were informed on the day of arrival that due some reasons the host couldn't accommodate us, so in last minute we had to look for a different accomodation.

With 15 minutes before my arrival at property he wrote to me "we cannot accomodate you". I booked the appartement with one week before. He could write me before my arrival with few hours. I had very very bad experience with owner of this appartement. I am very disappointed with experience of booking.com in this case.

Very beautiful place and clean. A great place to relax with a group, there is a bar counter, beautiful furniture, I really liked the living room combined with the kitchen, there was Wi-Fi and smart TV, good new furniture. In bathroom was boiler and conditioner. Very comfortable bed in the bedroom. A place you want to return to.
