The personnel there was very nice and helpful, they pay for your car's parking fee and give you a free water and their English was nice.

This property had everything you wanted from spacious rooms with high pressure showers, super friendly staff, great variety of food, a stone throw away from all the cafe bars. This place has it all even a band on Fridays and Saturdays so no need to leave.

“Charming hotel in the city center”

Charming and clean little hotel just in the middle of city center in Bitola, the location is perfect. Special thanks for the kind, helpful and smiling personnel. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs. The rooms are a little bit old fashioned, but it was part of the charm. Bottles of sparkling wine waiting us in our rooms, that was a nice surprise! (Well, they were warm, but they didn’t know at what time we were going to arrive). Good value for money, indeed! Strong recommendation.

“Beautiful hotel in heart of Bitola”

The hotel is a beautiful old Officers barracks with tall ceilings and period features throughout. It is literally a 2 minute walk from the main mall which is full of restaurants and cafes. The hotel restaurant is very popular with locals too and with good reason! Their coffee is excellent and we were lucky enough to enjoy one of the best chocolate lava cake desserts we have ever had. Delicious! We booked a family suite with two camp beds plus bed spaced over a split level room. There was plenty of space, the windows could open which was lovely as we had a Juliet balcony, and the heating was scheduled to ensure the rooms were warm and cosy on our return from sightseeing. The breakfast is from menu and was very good quality produce. There is also a laundry service available which is super helpful. The manager was absolutely delightful and very helpful. This hotel was one of the only ones in Macedonia that provided tourist maps and that was very helpful.

The friendly family atmosphere of everyone that worked there. They did their absolute best to please all guests. You wouldn’t get that attention in a huge multi building hotel. We met the owners of the property and they treated us to a delicious traditional Macedonian meal. Nothing was too much trouble for them with their busy lives. Sooo welcoming and genuinely beautiful people. We stayed there 2 weeks and I’ve missed them all very much since and a smile always comes when I recall our time there. “Wow! A free bottle of champagne on arrival!”

Fabulous welcome to the hotel. On arrival a lovely gentleman after checking me in carried the luggage to my room and presented me with a complimentary bottle of champagne and offered me a welcome drink in their restaurant downstairs! Wow! The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was lovely and the staff exceptional plus the owners are so nice. I dined nearly every evening in their restaurant as the food is delicious. The hotel is in an excellent location only a few steps from the main pedestrian street with shops, cafes, restaurants and clubs. It is within easy walking distance of any places of interest.

The Bela Kuka is a wonderfully located hotel in the heart of Bitola town. The pedestrian zone is a hundred metres away. The Promenade along Shirok Sokak ‘corzo’ street, the beautiful Officer’s House, the refined cinema Manaki - are all located a short walking distance from the hotel. On Saturday evening there was a pleasant live pop music concert in the hotel’s bar-restaurant. The car parking is in the street, but was duly reserved, actually right below the room’s window. The recepcionist was pleasant, and the courtesy water on arrival is appreciated. Breakfast was quite simple but satisfactory.

The room and bathroom were large and the shower had lots of hot water. Comfortable beds. Room on the side so noise not so intrusive. Very friendly staff. Not a buffet breakfast so you chose from options on a menu. Although the breakfast and quality was excellent it would get boring after a week.
