Booked back in July/Aug. Had a family problem which ment I was unable to fulfill my trip. I emailed 3 times asking if possible for a full refund or even partial.I know my booking was clear on the cancellation policy. But I felt I was reaching out early enough for them to refill the room and my reasons for cancelling. I got NO response whatsoever. 3 EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE. Bad customer service!

“Horrific Hotel.”
Nothing! It was awful. Hotel of horrors, massively misrepresented in the photos and was nothing like the advert. There was no water to shower with most the time and bathroom was atrocious. It stank badly and generally the hotel was filthy. The food was awful, no cold drinks. Coke was not acidic, really watered down. Food was tasteless and didnt look clean in restaurant. Tables were all dirty. Plates also dirty and cuttlery. Got food poisoning from food and didnt eat after that. It was the most horrific hotel I have ever stayed at and they refused to cancel even though there was no water in shower for two days so i had to shower at the beach.

The hotel has a good ambiance and 3 swimming pools. The structure and green areas give a good vibe when you walk around. Bitez is a quiet town comparing the other parts of Bodrum. It would be a good choice if you are looking for fewer people around. The entertainment staff is really friendly and they help you to go to night and beach clubs if you ask them.

“Unfortunate encounters put a damper on an almost perfect stay.”
The hotel room was really comfortable especially the bed. Its really convenient having the fridge and safebox in the room. Entertainment was pretty standard and good enough to watch over a few drinks. Bar selection was better than other places I've stayed. The staff at the onsight turkish baths specifically were so lovely and funny. Made up for some less favourable entertainment staff. Theres a wide food selection that varied daily so it was quite nice to try different things.

Nature is beautiful, and it is full of flowers. The pool that sadly worked only 2 hours a day was good and it was fun. You can also ask their photographer to picture you for free which is also very good. The the other pool is also nice.animals are very friendly for animal lovers.

The location and the staff were amazing, it was about 500 meters from the sea and our room was very clean and had a nice shared balcony.
