“Nice cozy villa in front of Bari”
The property is exceptional, very clean. As we arrived late, the owner come personally and told us everything. Room was really nice with pool view and big balcony. Very clean and all seems like new. Bathroom is nice with very good smell sing shampoo’s. Breakfast was done personally by owner is good with a lot of options to eat. There is train station near but there is no noise from there. Location is great starting point to explore Matera or Bari region.

Everything… very clean, modern and perfect to explore Puglia. Ample parking which is a must if you plan to drive. The hosts are exceptional.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at the hotel. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even baked fresh bread for our breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality.

Sylvio and his wife do everything to make the guests comfortable. They are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful villa, very clean, enough space, large swimming pool with bathhouse/toilets, delicious breakfast. Sylvio kept us informed, while our arrival time was later, he waited nicely to show us around. In short, nothing was missing for us during these 4 nights. We even bought olive oil from their own olive grove! Villa Nascente is worth recommending.

“Great location for Puglia.”
Wonderfull place, good location to see Puglia. Breakfast was very good, the host Grazia and Silvio are amazing, they make you feel welcome from the first minute you are there. Room is extremely clean, everything is new, compound is gated, security is top. On request, Silvio put a kettle in our room, my wife likes to make a cup of tea in the evening. We were there in april, but during summer, large pool available.

“We had a very enjoyable experience.”
We couldn't fully enjoy the breakfast because of our early flight, but they prepared a great evening snack for us. The hosts were exceptional. The location was conveniently situated: 7 minutes to the petrol station, around 17 minutes to the airport, and (minutes) to the train station.
