“Great”

Very very nice stay by Lugano as it is in peaceful location. Campione itself worths a visit. With bus traveling to town is easy. Staff is friendly and professional. Parking is an extra point. We had the lake view and we love it. We would definitely come again!

We have been staying at this hotel numerous times before. The hotel this time was quite full, so the manager, who recognised us again, upgraded us to a Junior Suite, with exceptional view over the lake. The dinner and service in the restaurant were excellent. We enjoyed so much, that we decided to stay one more night and are looking forward to our visit again beginning of 2026.

Staff so nice, they Upgrade us to deluxe. Very helpfull. Restaurant yummy, breakfast ok. Bit out of time. Bus to Lugano is free with the Lugano Ticket you get with Check In.

Good value for money. Perfectly situated at Lago di Lugano. Beautiful views. Good for a stroll into Campione d'Italia. Nice pool and good breakfast. Very nice for a stopover with family.

Our acquaintance with the hotel started off quite pleasantly, we got a room with a king size bed and a view of the garden. But the standard of the room was a bit disappointing. Hair on the tiles in the bathroom, it is inconvenient to take a shower in the bathtub, the plumbing needs repair (the hose leaks with a stream of pressure). The balcony is untidy, we did not even want to sit there. The room itself is clean, the bed is comfortable. But we decided not to pay attention to these details, since we had a hard road and we needed to rest and enjoy the surrounding views. In the morning there was breakfast, quite modest, but this did not upset us. Upon arrival, we parked the car in a closed parking lot for 15 €, since there was no space in the open, there were only 4 cars there. We paid 15€ in cash and the city tax (the room was prepaid online), the total was 20-30€). The woman at the reception gave us a piece of paper with a description and the amount, and that was it. But in the morning, when we returned the key, they demanded that we pay for the same services, since they didn't have any information on the computer, we couldn't contact the colleague at the new administrator, we were delayed for 20-30 minutes. It was very unpleasant, especially since we had planned to leave at the same time as we left the hotel. It became unclear why there was a camera at the reception in this situation, the mistrust and improper organization of the staff's work upset the beginning of the day and time. I wonder if we were late for the train and didn't have time to find out on the spot, waiting to get in touch with the woman who received us in the evening, would they have called the police? The most unpleasant experience with the hotel staff

Room was spacious with a beautiful view. upon arrival enjoyed a drink by the swimming pool with a fantastic view and nice ambience. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful location with stunning views onto the lake from the 2nd floor restaurant and breakfast room. Great swimming pool. Friendly multilingual staff. Good breakfast. Efficient WiFi (once connected). Delicious supper, with unforgettable lake views as the sun went down. Good airco (necessary as it was 35°C when I arrived). Fascinating geographical setting 20 metres from the entry to the Italian enclave of Campione d' Italia.
