The hotel was typical of what you expect in these regions for the price that you pay which was slightly high in my opinion. Cleanliness was good breakfast was good Fidel is a good host.

“Nice little oasis close to town”
Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant.

“Good budget option in the city”
Good location, not far from the city center. I was checked in quite early, around 10:30 am. You can pay in euros. The room is clean, spacious, the bed is quite comfortable. Good refrigerator and air conditioning. The staff is quite friendly, although they don't speak English except for the owner, in this situation my knowledge of Spanish helped me a little.

Fidel is a master of hospitability. He welcome us so nicely and since first moment, we like our first Guinea-Bissau hours. He helped with a transport to Bubaque and gave us all care we needed. For sure, we will stay in this place again on the way back. Thanks, Fidel. Amazing place.

“Great option for a short stay in Bissau”
The wifi was the best we had in Bissau. The room was spacious and pretty clean. The breakfast was a great price and great value for money. The location is amazing and a super short walk to the main strip in Bissau

I'm very happy we found this hotel because it is great value for Bissau standards, but our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very nice. It is located in a very residential unpaved street, but a stone's throw from the Império monument in the center of town, so walking to Bissau Velho is easily doable. Staff were lovely and helpful, communication was not an issue although we do not speak Portuguese or Krioulo. If I ever return to Bissau I'd definitely return!
