“Booked room not available, no reimbursement :(”
Unfortunately, our stay at Zajazd w Biskupinie was not entirely positive. We booked a 4-bed-room for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 5 and 2 years) and received a confirmation of our booking. When we arrived, we were told that no 4-bed-room is available and we could only stay in a 3-bed-room (to be fair, an additional 1-bed-room was offered to us but this was not an option for our family). We were told that reimbursement is only possible via booking.com even though the accomodation could not provide the room as booked. When decided to stay (as it was already late and kids were tired) and contacted booking.com after our stay. The customer service was very supportive but could not reimburse the full difference between a 3-bed-room and a 4-bed-room. The reason was that the staff of Zajazd w Biskupinie was not available for the customer service. In the end, booking.com reimbursed parts of the additional costs at own expense. This was not the best experience, therefore we would not recommend staying in this accomodation.

Lovely place just next to bronze age village. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Facilities clean and cozy... Place were you could get married, but for me it was just a one night stand. Food & Breakfast good. There is no Internet (Wifi) and mobile network just barely works so what does that do to a internet addicted mental health? Well only good. :)
