The hotel offered to help with luggage and then gave me a ground floor room because of back problems. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable.

“Convenient, small hotel, reasonably priced”
It was a clean, convenient hotel in a good part of the city - not far from Bishkek Park. Helpful staff. The rooms were clean, and simple, but with everything you need. The breakfast was fine - a small selection but totally sufficient. Despite some saying it's noisy, we didn't find that to be the case - as long as the windows were closed and aircon on, it was very comfortable.

“Good stay in Almaty.”
Good sized rooms, kind reception and staff, location-wise is okay, near a big public garden and some 24/7 shops. Almaty is quite spread out so hotel location is not really a big deciding-factor. It was a 20-minute walk from Bishkek train station which was okay as the pavements were okay and lots of trees/gardens around. Car drivers were also very respectful to pedestrians.

For the price, the hotel was ok with helpful staff and clean, albeit small, rooms. It's essentially a no-frills option perfect for those seeking a place to sleep without additional amenities or luxuries.
