“Overall is good”

I really liked the hotel! It was exceptionally clean it felt like a freshly constructed building. The blanket and pillows were spotless and comfortable, the room was well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, the stay was extremely pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it.

Didn’t clean our room between days, shower didn’t have hot water that lasted longer than 5 mins. When we asked them to clean the room they didn’t clean the bathroom and then took away our slippers

The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff at the reception was really supportive. They even helped us in arranging the drop off to the airport. They also have water dispensers installed on each floor for the guests, which was nice. Definitely recommended.

1. On the booking photos on Booking.com, there is water shown, but in reality there is no water. 2. I have been using the Booking.com app for more than 10 years, and I always book only for myself. When I go to a hotel, I am usually with another person, and no hotel has ever asked me to pay extra for that person. In this hotel, I told them that a visitor would come to me, and they said it was no problem. But when the visitor arrived, they called me and said I had to pay an additional $15. They said it was a “hotel law.” This is nonsense and not a law at all. They just saw that I am Arab and wanted to take extra money from me. This is not good at all. Tourists should be treated well so that they will want to return to your country again.

I have rated 1 star only because of the staff who is incharge in morning with a suite..he was soo aruguent and not fit for that job..i dont know y the management has appointed such an illetrate behaviour guy for this institution.He has told me to say plss and beg me to take the laguage openly.i was really shocked hearing this as its in first time i heared from a hotel staff like this and as there was no lift so its hard for me to take i said sir pls can u take my laguage and he went up and throwed the bag from the stairecase..there is NO BELL BOY AND NO LIFT
