The dormitory rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It would be nice if the dormitory rooms have darkening curtains given there so many windows. - good for some people...

I stayed in a private room but the code of the air conditioner was too short to connect to the socket. So the air conditioner didn’t work and it was so cold that I couldn’t sleep at night. Also I didn’t like the behavior of the owner, who was reluctant to give me a towel ( maybe he didn’t want to be annoyed because he was drinking vodka in the garden. But this is one of his tasks I suppose.)

“If I ever come back to Bishkek I would stay at Sakura!”
Sakura is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. They have a beautiful garden with lots of seating, and the dorm was big and spacious. Very clean, and friendly staff.

“Good price guesthouse”

Main selling point being the outdoor community areas where be it interactions with other travellers or some solace amongst the birds, one can find that space. Property is very clean as well, bathrooms well maintained.

“Highly recommended.”
This was the second time we stayed in sakura guesthouse. After our 4weeks trip in kasachstan it feels like coming home. The owner is very friendly, the rooms and bathroom are always clean. Hot shower with good water pressure. Good wifi. We really like to hang arround in the nice backyard. We are coming back!

“Great location to explore Bishkek”
The property is unique and the garden beautiful to relax. There are 2 kitchen (outside and inside). The Wifi is good and the staff really helpful for everything you need. The location is great and you can reach almost everything by foot.

“Best place in Bishkek”
+ the location is great (quiet area, but in walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, ATM, public transport, close to a park and river where I used to run) + the owner is superfriendly + the garden area is amazing, a real oasis in the busy city + the rooms are big enough + there are enough plugs to charge your stuff + the shower is hot with perfect water pressure + the whole house is super clean (in our 5 days is was spottless everywhere and all the time!) + the WiFi works great + there is parking in front of the hostel + the owner offers to wash clothes + the rooms have air condition + there is a small kitchen area + 10000% recommendation
