I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager is rarely present on-site, and the only way to reach him is via WhatsApp – where replies take a very long time, if they ever come at all. Communication and service were basically nonexistent. What’s even worse, the so-called “free” airport transfer turned out to be paid. In my case, despite a clear promise from the manager, no transport was arranged at all. I was left stranded before my flight, having to desperately find my own way to the airport at the last moment. This level of service is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone

Good service and good room accommodation! The boss helped me to upgrade the room and so spacious and nice. There is also free coffee and tea provided which is added point!

“Super clean and value for money”
The room was super clean. Spotless. The manager even walked to the room to make sure that everything was okay. It's about 3-4 km from the city center, but located in a quiet area. Spacious washroom with all the loiletries. The room had a small balcony good enough to enjoy your coffee.

“Good value for money”
Good value for money. The room was nice and spacious and the host was very responsive via WhatsApp. It is a bit out of town but we were able to walk easily to the centre in about 40mins.
