“Fantastic staff, central location, clean and comfy double room”
Staff was excellent, very helpful with everything:) Great hospitality. Room was very clean, the beds very comfy. Separate bathroom for women only are great add on. Tea and water was available for free :)

“Welcoming central hostel!”
Asmat the receptionist was lovely, super welcoming and made our stay in Kaganat. The rooms were basic but comfortable with AC and sufficient power sockets. Rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms. Big kitchen with drinking water and plenty of utensils available. Central location with plenty of restaurants

Extremely friendly stuff than can speak english really well. The Hostel is very clean, the showers clean and warm. The street is pretty busy, so the rooms that have windows in this direction can be a bit noisy, but you can still sleep very well. The beds are very confortable. We had a wonderful stay!

“Really disappointed about the staff and felt not respected as a guest”
Very bad experience. We used their laundry service: my girlfriend’s clothes came back clean and dry, while mine were returned completely soaked. When I asked why, they told me they “don’t handle drying,” which is clearly not true. No solution offered, no apology, and the manager was extremely rude he even snapped his fingers in my face to tell me to leave at check-out time. In 10 years of traveling, I’ve never seen such disrespect. Avoid this place at all costs.

The place was quiet and clean ! We arrive about 6 hours early before checking as our flight got in that time and the management put us in dorms to sleep till our check in time :)

“Farewell 🇰🇬”
We stayed at Kaganat Hostel for our last night in Bishkek, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The hostel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. What truly touched us was the kindness of the staff: at the end of our stay, they surprised us with a thoughtful gift to take home, a special memory of Kyrgyzstan. It was such a warm gesture and made our farewell even more meaningful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bishkek!

The place was nice and clean, very comfortable. We walked a few minutes to the main town Square. The guy at the reception was super nice, his English wasn't best but we used some Russian and Google Translate to get awesome tips and recommendations.
