An excellent hostel - staff were super friendly and helpful, hostel was clean and tidy and location was great.

Very good stay. Great location, staff is nice, there is common area, it’s cleaned well. Few toilets but somehow never had to wait.

Nice receptionist and the hostel is clean and equipped with a well functioning kitchen. Rooms come with curtains and lockers. There is a common area to hang around where you can meet new people. Nice canteens nearby and walkable to the centre.

“First time in Bishkek”

The hostel is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, right in the city center. They have gender-neutral toilets and showers, making it an LGBTQ+-friendly place to stay. The dorms offer good privacy with curtains, and they also provide affordable laundry service. I met so many Filipino friends here, which made my stay even more memorable.

Cozy hostel in the city center. I could check in earlier for some extra soms wich was nice after a night flight. The girl was also very very helpful.

Everything was great. The reception was very kind. I just wish all the guests were warned not to talk loudly in the middle of the night. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she came and warned the two girls who were talking loudly in the middle of the night

Everything was fine - good for a 1 night stay

Loved our stay at Izzzi hostel, we extended another night. Everywhere was kept nice and clean, the staff were extremely helpful with questions and guidance both in the city and suggestions outside or how to get there.

I love this cozy,chic,clean and well thought of hostel located in middle of city near a mall, grocery shops, restaurants and parks.Everything in this hostel caters to all basic needs of travellers.Most of all the 2 lovely receptionists were very helpful,knowledgeable and fluent in english and very friendly.They even helped me book transpo going to Kazakhstatan boarder.

Good location, helpful staff and clean facilities

Absolutely horrendous staff. They're beyond rude. It was at around 2 in the morning, and i had travelled the entire day. I wasn't able to pay on arrival, due to me not carrying any cash. I was urged to leave my passport for safekeeping, which is illegal. The next day they bothered me 5 more times (in person, through Booking and over WhatsApp) and they threatened to fine me if i didn't immediately pay.

I just liked the location, it is very central and convenient to move around, shopping centre and supermarket around the corner. Oh and also the beds are very comfy

Modern and well organized Hostel in the centre of Bishkek. Built in a modern Hostel style, which is quite unusual for KGZ. Staff is very helpful and the facilities are clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again
