The ambiance was good, this hotel looks like a historic colonial building. The staffs were very helpful and supportive. Rooms are clean and very spacious, They have nice restaurants with nice 'Wine & Whiskey' Bar. Food and drinks were very good and not expensive Location is very good, so many shops, malls restaurants are in walkable distance I used their Luxury Airport Taxi service, its little expensive but its worth :)

Only breakfast could be better

The staff was very helpful. The room is bigger than average and well-decorated, with a homely feeling. We could leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast was tasty.

“Do not cage parrots!!!!”

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, booking two nights in a Suite and one night in a Superior Suite. Overall, I had a mixed experience, with some very positive aspects but also one SERIOUS CONCERN. Starting with the rooms: I actually preferred the Suite, even though it was the more affordable option. It was spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light, which made it a very pleasant place to stay. In contrast, the Superior Suite felt darker and less inviting, despite being more expensive. For me, it did not offer the same level of comfort or atmosphere as the regular Suite. However, my low rating is not about the rooms themselves — it is entirely due to a very troubling issue. The hotel keeps a parrot in a cage, placed in a hallway without direct natural light. In this day and age, there is no justification for keeping a bird confined like this purely for display. The parrot appeared to be in poor condition. It had very few feathers, and it seemed likely that this could be due to stress, possibly from plucking its own feathers. It looked unwell and, honestly, quite depressed. Seeing this was deeply upsetting. For this reason alone, I am giving a low rating. I strongly urge the hotel to reconsider this practice from an animal welfare and conservation perspective, and to transfer the parrot to a proper sanctuary or conservation center where it can receive appropriate care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it would make a significant difference.

I enjoyed my stay at Bishkek Centrum. It was my third time there. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I received an upgrade, which was nice. I highly recommend it.

A very spacious beautiful and most importantly clean hotel room. The staff is extremely helpful and very polite. Hotel itself is beautiful as well, lobby on the second floor is nicely decorated.

The friendly staff, very good service, and best location to walk around the city is one of the reason why I like the hotel. There are lots of restaurant nearby, city parks to relax and a mall. I want to acknowledge the all staff specially to Merrim.

The staff. They sorted us out with an early check-in after a long series of flights. They also helped get a tour guide to the mountains. Always helpful, always at least two people at the reception desk. I ripped my jacket somewhere and they called housekeeping to supply me with a needle and thread. Great service, really cannot fault them.
